1. Referral and Consultation Process

Submission of a referral form via this website does not constitute a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR). A VCPR is only established after a physical examination of the patient by an Oak & Alder board-certified surgeon.

2. Surgical Estimates and Financial Policy

All surgical estimates provided prior to consultation are approximate. A finalized treatment plan and financial estimate will be provided following the initial examination. Payment is required at the time of discharge unless prior arrangements have been authorized.

3. Website Content

The content provided on this website, including descriptions of surgical modalities like TPLO and fluoroscopy, is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional veterinary medical advice.

4. Modifications
